Every order is dispatched with tracking. Here is how to find yours and what the statuses mean.
Finding your tracking number
When your order leaves our fulfilment partner you receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. If you cannot find that email, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will resend it.
Why tracking may not be updating yet
Tracking numbers are generated when a label is created, which is usually before the parcel physically enters the courier network. It typically takes 2–5 business days for the first scan to appear. A tracking number that shows no movement in that period is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
What the common statuses mean
- Label created / Pre-transit — your parcel is packed and waiting to be collected by the courier.
- In transit — your parcel is moving through the courier network. Long gaps between scans are normal on international routes.
- Customs clearance — your parcel is with the customs authority in the destination country. This can add several days and is outside our control.
- Out for delivery — your parcel is on a vehicle and should arrive that day.
- Delivery attempted — nobody was available. The courier will usually retry or leave collection instructions.
- Delivered — the courier has recorded the parcel as handed over. If it is not where you expect, check with neighbours, building reception and any safe place you have nominated before contacting us.
Orders arriving in more than one parcel
If your order contains several items they may be dispatched separately, arrive on different days and carry different tracking numbers. This is normal and does not cost you anything extra.
If your parcel is late
Please allow the full delivery window set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. If 10 business days have passed beyond the end of that window, contact us with your order number and we will open a formal enquiry with the courier. Courier investigations usually take 5–10 business days.
