What is PDRN and why does it matter?
PDRN stands for polynucleotide. It is a repair-side active, which means it supports the skin's own rebuilding process rather than exfoliating or resurfacing the top layer. That is why the result reads as firmness and comfort rather than shine.
Will this clog my pores?
The formula avoids the heavy petrolatum and lanolin bases that drive congestion in many viral balms. It is designed to seal moisture without blocking pores.
I have a damaged or reactive skin barrier. Is this safe?
The formula is fragrance-free and built without harsh actives, so it is intended to be used while skin is still settling. Start once daily at night and build up to twice daily as your skin tolerates it. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your dermatologist first.
Can I use it with retinol, vitamin C or acids?
Yes. Apply it as the final step, after your serums and moisturiser. It layers cleanly and does not pill.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Always check the full ingredient list with your doctor or midwife before introducing any new product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Should I patch test?
Yes. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before using it on your face, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
Using the product
How long until I see a difference?
Most people notice a change around week four, with the clearest difference between weeks six and eight. It is a cumulative effect, so consistency matters more than quantity.
How much should I use?
A small amount. Warm it between your fingertips for a few seconds, then press it into the areas that need it rather than rubbing it across the surface.
Can I use it on my lips?
Yes. It is a multi-use balm and works on lips, cheeks and dry patches.
Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days to the UAE and GCC, and 8–21 business days elsewhere. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking usually takes 2–5 business days to show its first scan. See Track Your Order.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your local authority. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.
My order arrived in two parcels. Is that right?
Yes. Multi-item orders are sometimes dispatched separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Only while the order is still processing. Contact us as soon as you notice the mistake.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery. Contact us first and we will send return instructions. Full detail is on our Refund & Returns page.
My order arrived damaged.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the outer packaging and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank.

What payment methods do you accept?
All the methods shown at checkout, including major cards and digital wallets. Payment is handled by a secure PCI-compliant processor; we never see or store your card details.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The currency shown at checkout. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee.
