How we handle reviews
We publish reviews from customers who have actually bought the product. We do not edit reviews to make them more flattering, and we do not remove a review because it is critical. We will remove content that is abusive, contains personal information, or makes medical claims we cannot support.

On texture and comfort — that it absorbs in a couple of minutes rather than sitting heavy, and that it does not sting on skin that has been over-treated.
On timing — that the visible change tends to arrive around week four to six rather than in the first fortnight.
