These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Skinoré ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the store or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

2. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content are error-free or complete. Product photography is illustrative; packaging, formulation and shade may vary slightly between batches. Colours can appear differently depending on your screen.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time. If a pricing or stock error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer either to fulfil the order at the corrected price or to cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an order breaches these terms, or where we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency-conversion fees or import charges applied by third parties.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Refund & Returns policies, which form part of these terms.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to introduce malicious code, and not to scrape, copy or resell content without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, photography, page layout and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove submissions that are unlawful, abusive or misleading.

10. Cosmetic products and health

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Always read the label, patch-test a new product before full use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a qualified healthcare professional about any skin concern, allergy, medication or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Individual results vary.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The store may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.
